Off-ended transverse fracture of the mid-distal radial shaft which is shortened, volarly translated and angulated in the dorsal and radial directions. No ulnar fracture is appreciated. The distal radioulnar joint is widened and the ulna demonstrates significant ulnar positivity, indicating joint disruption. Fracture pattern is in keeping with a Galeazzi fracture/dislocation.
