Anterior tilting of the tibial plateau. Abnormally shallow configuration of the tibial tuberosity. The apophyseal growth plate is completely ossified and shows some sclerosis.

MRI also shows bony bridging of the apohysis at the tibial tuberosity.
Case Discussion
Genu recurvatum probably resulting from premature closure of the apophyseal growth plate.
