Presentation
Presented with incidental right posterior communicating aneurysm.
Patient Data

Right ICA study (unsubtracted); frontal projection showing extensive symmetrical dural calcification. Note the large right PCOM aneurysm.

Status post coiling of right PCOM aneurysm (soft tissue window) showing dural calcification.

Multiple scalp defects secondary to surgical excision of basal cell lesions.
Case Discussion
This patient has Gorlin-Goltz syndrome (nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome). The imaging shows the typical heavy dural calcification seen in this syndrome, and also the sequelae of multiple previous operations for removal of scalp lesions. Although the patient presented to our service with an incidental aneurysm, there is no reported association between Gorlin Goltz syndrome and cerebral aneurysms.
