Case Discussion
This patient has Gorlin-Goltz syndrome (nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome). The imaging shows the typical heavy dural calcification seen in this syndrome, and also the sequelae of multiple previous operations for removal of scalp lesions. Although the patient presented to our service with an incidental aneurysm, there is no reported association between Gorlin Goltz syndrome and cerebral aneurysms.
