A 18 year old female presented with abdominal pain and primary amenorrhea

Bicornuate uterus; Hematocolpos and hematometra; hematosalpinx.

Case Discussion

Bicornuate uterus with hematometra and bilateral hematosalpinx in a patient with primary amenorrhoea, probably due to a transverse vaginal septum. Patient was operated and diagnosis was confirmed.
