Presentation
Work up for abdominal pain. Incidental finding.
Patient Data

A 15 mm well defined fat density mass is present at the right liver lobe most consistent with hepatic lipoma.
A 25 mm fat density mass is noted at the left adrenal gland could be suggestive of lipoma or myelolipoma.
Diastasis recti and small fat containing umbilical hernia are seen.
Mild degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
L5 vertebra is sacralized.
Case Discussion
Hepatic lipomas are uncommon benign lesions of the liver. On CT images, they are usually seen as round nodules of homogeneous fat attenuation. The differential list could consider other fat containing liver lesions such as angiomyolipoma.
