History of right hip trauma followed by fracture fixation. Present complaint of both hip joint pain with movement restriction.

Diffuse calcifications and ossifications involving peri-articular muscles and soft tissues around both hip joints.

Diffuse marginal osteophyte formation and subchondral sclerosis are seen, indicating bilateral hip osteoarthritis.

Cloverleaf locking plate fixation is seen on the right side.
