Case Discussion
The initial diagnosis by the dental professional and general radiologist was a supernumerary tooth.
Upon further evaluation, the final diagnosis was changed to an impacted permanent maxillary canine with deciduous canine retention.
There was no clinical suspicion of sinus disease.
