Info

Large soft tissue laceration of the medial calf, no radiopaque foreign body identified. There is incomplete linear fracture of the medial tibial cortex extending into the medullary cavity.

Case Discussion

Complete fractures traverse the entire width of the bone (i.e., bicortical), whereas incomplete fractures do not (i.e., unicortical).
