Mild hypoplasia of the cerebellar vermis with thinning and elongation of the superior cerebellar peduncles giving a molar tooth appearance.
There is deep interpeduncular fossa and abnormally dilated fourth ventricle giving batwing appearance.
Case Discussion
Imaging features are likely suggestive of Joubert syndrome.
