Fusion of the vertebral bodies and posterior elements of C2 with C3, C3 with C4, and C5 with C6 with rudimentary intervertebral discs at the same levels. Preserved anteroposterior diameter of the cervical canal. No other associated anomalies.

Case Discussion

Fusion of two or more cervical vertebrae is sufficient to make the diagnosis of the Klippel-Feil syndrome.
