Foci of T1/T2 signal void of T12, L2 and L4 vertebrae, consistent with injected bone cement as used in kyphoplasties. Severe (grade 3) biconcave compression fractures of L1, L2 and L4, and mild (grade 1) biconcave compression fractures of T12, L3 and L5. Multilevel degenerative disk disease is mild.
