A large anterior abdominal wall periumbilical defect is seen. It measures 7.0 x 4.8 cm in its maximum two transverse and height dimensions respectively. Consequent sizeable hernial sac formation that containing omentum and small bowel loops with no signs of obstruction. The wall shows relative thickening at the neck of the hernia.
