Info

Small amount of joint effusion.
Bucket handle tear of the lateral meniscus with the displacement of the meniscal fragment medially to the intercondylar notch.
Horizontal tear along with medial meniscus body and posterior horn.
Mild flattening of ACL associated with abnormal intrasubstance increased signal.
Case Discussion
A bucket handle tear is a displaced tear from the body of the meniscus into the intercondylar notch. The medial meniscus is more commonly, unlike this case where the lateral meniscus is involved.
