There is a definable, oval-shaped, low-opacity lesion compared to the adjacent soft tissues involving the lateral aspect of the forearm, near the elbow joint. No definite bony erosion or destruction is seen.
Case Discussion
Findings with typical low opacity lesion and age of the patient are more in favour of lipoma which is a benign soft tissue tumour as detailed above.
