An 80×45 mm enhancing mass is present at right anterolateral aspect of urinary bladder that extends extravesically causing fat stranding. The fat plane between the mass and adjacent uterus body is obliterated and local invasion is suspected. In addition, segmental thickening of terminal ileum and adjacent sigmoid colon are evident could be suggestive for local tumoral infiltration.

A few small lymphadenopathies are also present at right parailiac regions with SAD less than 8 mm. 

Case Discussion

Urinary bladder mass, pathology proven papillary urothelial carcinoma, with local invasion and regional lymphadenopathies.
