Lunate dislocation with volar extrusion of the fractured scaphoid proximal pole and rotated lunate bone.
Dorsal ulnar displacement.
Case Discussion
Lunate dislocations are high-energy wrist injuries and they are recognised when the lunate doesn't articulate with capitate or radius as it is displaced and rotated volarly.
