Updates to Case Attributes

Body was changed:

The "sandwich"sandwich sign" which refers to sandwiching of vessels by lymphoma and not narrowing them.

The other sign is the "floating aorta" sign - the aorta is lifted away from the vertebral column by the lymphoma mass.

Final diagnosis: Lymphoma (Hodgkins)
