OPG demonstrates dental caries involve all 4 quadrants of the mouth. Several teeth are fractured or absent, especially in the left hemimandible.
Lucency surrounding the right mandibular pre-molar teeth is consistent with abscess formation.
The patient was an IV methamphetamine user. A comparison OPG from several years earlier demonstrates less severe dental disease.
