Presentation
History of trauma about 16 months ago with recently decreased range of motions.
Patient Data

Significant heterotopic ossification bridges from the mid diaphysis of the humerus to the proximal forearm and corresponds to the anatomical location of the brachialis muscle, which can cause decreased range of motions.
Also, the evidence of enthesopathy is visible as a small bony protrusion at the olecranon process.
Case Discussion
Myositis ossificans is the most common form of heterotopic ossification. Most cases occur due to trauma and are located in large muscles of the extremities, often following recognized local trauma.
