Presentation

Young male with occupational back pain. Disc disease?

Patient Data

Age: 21
Gender: Male
MRI

Normal appearances of the vertebra and disc spaces.  Normal bone marrow signal.

The discs exhibit normal signal, without dehydration.

The conus lies at L1.  Normal distal cord and cauda equina.

Normal paraspinal muscles.
