Both optic nerves are normal and symmetrical. No abnormal enhancement. The optic chiasm is normal. Bilateral eye globes and lenses are normal. Bilateral intraconal and extraconal show normal signal intensity. No proptosis. Bilateral extra-ocular muscles are normal and symmetrical. Both superior ophthalmic veins are normal and not dilated. Cavernous sinuses are normal.
