A large dense foreign body with metallic artifacts penetrated within right eye's nasal side uveo-scleral layer with a tear of the lens, uveo-scleral layer, and nasal side of the cornea, and the right eye temporal deviation is seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT feature of a large ocular foreign body with metallic artifacts penetrated within the uveo-scleral layer. Endophthalmitis is the most serious complication of the ocular foreign body.
