Sclerosis of the iliac side of the sacroiliac joints without sacral involvement or joint space narrowing. Acute fracture of the posterior aspect of right iliac bone.
Case Discussion
Osteitis condensans ilii is a benign and incidental finding. It should not be confused with sacroiliitis.
