Right adnexal mass with fat and calcified contents.
Case Discussion
Right sided pelvic mass that contains fat and calcification. This is a classical appearance of a ovarian dermoid. The calcification on the plain film was originally described in the region of the ureter and could have been easily wrongly diagnosed as a urteric calculus.
