Large rounded pelvic mass with fat intensity and demonstrating fat suppression is present.
Case Discussion
Eventually the main difficulty in this case was not to mistake the cyst with normal intestinal stool during US. Endovaginal study was helpful showing small hypoechoic area beside cervix. She also had a small marked pelvic calcification on plain film (tooth?).
