Ill-defined areas of increased density and coarsening of trabeculae in the right iliac bone and particularly superior to the right acetabulum, accompanied by cortical and ileopectineal line thickening inferring pelvic brim sign.

Case Discussion

Uneven and ill-defined sclerosis of the right iliac bone with cortical and ileopectineal line thickening highly suggestive of Paget disease.
