Diffuse thickening of left patellar tendon - 7-8 mm. Tendon reaches up to lower pole of patella. No tear of tendon is noted. Surgical threads fixing tendon to patella are noted in tendon substance.
Asymptomatic right patellar tendon thickness - 2 mm.
