There is a right corpora cavernosa mid-shaft fracture. The defect measures 1.4 cm in length.

There is an associated 3.8 x 3.0 x 2.4 cm heterogenous hematoma at the fracture site with diffuse penile soft tissue edema is noted.

The left corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum are normal in appearance.

Case Discussion

Sonographic features are consistent with a right mid-shaft corpus cavernosa fracture with associated hematoma and subcutaneous edema.
