There is a focal defect in the tunica albuginea on the right of the penile shaft region associated with the right corpora cavernosal injury.

Hematoma in the right scrotal wall.

Bilateral testes appear normal.

Case Discussion

The imaging findings are suggestive of a grade-II penile fracture which was later confirmed during surgery at the time of repair.
