Mild periventricular cystic changes are around the bodies of the lateral ventricles demonstrating CSF signal intensity with low T1 and bright T2 signal with mild irregularity of the walls of the related lateral ventricles bodies as well as deep white matter loss with mild brain atrophic changes.

No posterior fossa abnormality.
