Presentation
Erectile dysfunction. Palpable dorsal nodule with a noted absence of an abnormal curvature clinically.
Patient Data

There is an echogenic, focal, dorsal, midline, tunica albuginea, calcific plaque straddling both the left and right corpora cavernosa.
The penile septum is normal and uninvolved.
The corpora cavernosa and cavernosal arteries are normal.
Case Discussion
Features consistent with Peyronie's disease.
In this instance, it is plausible that the presence of a midline fibrocalcific plaque (versus an eccentric plaque) prevented an abnormal curvature of the penis both in a flaccid and erect state in this patient.
