No evidence of perianal abscess or sinus tract.
​Ovoid structure
measuring 14 x 15 x 31 mm in the natal cleft, approximately 4 cm above the anal verge, with dense content and thin, enhancing rim, most consistent with pilonidal sinus.

Case Discussion

Under general anesthesia, an incision was made in the pilonidal abscess, which drained a large amount of pus. The excision was widened and rinsed, bleeding control was done with diathermia, then compressive bandaging was applied.
