Presentation
Right upper limb pain. Clinical examination suggested a distal biceps tendon rupture. The patient was referred for an x-ray due to the appearance of the upper limb.

Case Discussion
Pathology proved this lesion to be a plasmacytoma. Plasmacytomas are a solitary mass of monoclonal plasma cells in either bone or soft tissue and are regarded as a singular form of multiple myeloma.
