Well-defined multilobulated lesion involving deep and superficial lobe of left parotid gland. it appears isointense on T1WI, markedly hyperintense on T2W/T2 fat-sat images and heterogenous enhancement on T1W fat-sat images with facilitated diffusion on DWI.

Case Discussion

The MRI findings are suggestive of a pleomorphic adenoma of the left salivary gland involving superficial and deep lobes.
