Presentation
Chronic renal failure with transplant rejection, presented with right iliac fossa pain and fever following nephrectomy of the transplanted kidney.
Patient Data

Peritoneal dialysis catheter seen coiled in the pelvis.
Non-specific bowel pattern.
Left proximal femur intramedullary nail.

An irregular walled-off collection at nephrectomy site (right pelvis, RIF and tracking beneath the RT linea semilunaris as well as the lateral musculature).
Peritoneal dialysis catheter in situ.
Atrophic native kidneys with incidental finding of left renal inferior pole enhancing soft tissue mass suggestive of renal cell carcinoma.
Case Discussion
Patient underwent drainage of the abdominal abscess and left nephrectomy with pathologically proven renal cell carcinoma.
