A calculus with coronal height up to 5 mm in right kidney pelvis with hydronephrosis is seen.
 

Case Discussion

The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of impacted renal pelvis calculus with upstream hydronephrosis. Chronic and recurrent renal calculi can lead to chronic renal disease.
