Post-mortem dissection of the circle of Wilis with the anterior cerebral arteries superiorly and the basilar artery inferiorly. A ruptured anterior cerebral artery aneurysm as well as an unruptured terminal internal carotid artery aneurysm are present.
In a zoomed-in image, the ruptured dome of the ACA aneurysm is visible.
