extensive bone marrow edema of both surfaces of the right sacroiliac joint of low signal on T1, high signal on T2 with prominent enhancement on postcontrast sequences
joint effusion with edematous infiltration of the ipsilateral erector spinae and piriformis muscles as well as the sacral foramina
normal appearance of the left sacroilic joint
Case Discussion
MRI features of a unilateral sacroiliitis. The serum agglutination test was positive for Brucella infection.
