Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
Undisplaced fracture through the waist of the scaphoid. Undisplaced fracture through the base of the hook of the hamate.

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates two carpal fractures - one very common (scaphoid fracture) and one rare (hook of hamate fracture).
