Left index finger abscess. Pain proximal interphalangeal joints & metacarpophalangeal joints.

Modality: X-ray

This series shows severe contractures, dislocations, acro-ostyolosis. Loss of muscle bulk and loss of skin folds. No soft tissue calcification
