Severe osteoarthritis of the glenohumeral joint with multiple intra-articular loose bodies, indicative of secondary synovial osteochondromatosis.

Moderate biceps tendon tenosynovitis with an intact tendon.

Case Discussion

Secondary synovial osteochondromatosis was identified as the likely underlying cause of the patient's shoulder pain. Orthopedic surgery was consulted to oversee further care.
