Presentation

Right sided submanbibular region recurrent pain - swelling - Few mths.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years old
Gender: Male
ultrasound

A calculus is noted in duct resulting in dilatation of proximal duct.  

Intra-glandular ducts are also dilated.

Hypervascularity is noted in gland.
