Presentation
Left eye proptosis.
Patient Data

A well-delineated expansile bony lesion involving the left greater sphenoid wing and the orbital roof which demonstrates spongy, striated trabeculations, and a characteristic "sunburst" pattern. Associated with compression of the left lateral rectus muscle and left eye proptosis. No periosteal reaction or extra-osseous soft tissue components.
Case Discussion
Skull vault hemangiomas (SVH) are benign slow-growing vascular lesions affecting the skull diploe in any location.
