Hypointense fracture line in the distal femoral metadiaphysis with surrounding bone marrow and soft-tissue edema.
Distal femoral metadiaphyseal medial cortical non ossifiying fibroma.

The previously noted fracture at the MRI appears as a subtle sclerotic line at the plain X-ray.
The adjacent non ossifying fibroma is also seen as well defined bubbly lytic lesion merging with its medial cortex and showing narrow zone of transition.
