Larger subserosal leiomyoma in the posterior wall of the uterus and smaller subserosal leiomyoma in the anterior wall. Diffuse adenomyosis is also present. Incidentally, the uterus is septate.

Case Discussion

Adenomyosis and fibroids often coexist, and congenital abnormalities of the uterus are often identified incidentally on imaging for other reasons.
