Fall, with elbow injury while playing football. Tenderness around the left elbow with reduced range of movement.
Patient Data

On the anterior surface of the humerus is a spur of bone pointing towards the joint. Features here are of a supracondylar spur.
Case Discussion
There is no evidence of trauma.
On the anterior surface of the distal humerus is a spur of bone oriented along the long axis of the humerus, pointing towards the joint.
Appearances here are of a supracondylar spur. The differential in this case is for an exostosis, but these tend to point away from the joint and appearances and site are typical for a supracondylar spur.
