Info

Multiple intra-articular calcified loose bodies are present, bilaterally.
Severe degenerative changes as joint space narrowing, sub chondral sclerosis and osteophyte formation are also evident which are more prominent at medial sides of both knees.
Case Discussion
Secondary synovial chondromatosis is a disorder that results in intra-articular loose bodies as a result of trauma, osteoarthrosis, or neuropathic arthropathy.
