Left knee joint moderate fusion with multi-focal mass-like synovial proliferation. These proliferations show post-contrast enhancement and some show T2* GRE blooming artifact.
Case Discussion
The overall features are suggestive of benign-appearing growth of left knee synovium most likely diffuse tenosynovial giant cell tumour, previous called pigmented villonodular synovitis
