Homolateral Lisfranc fracture dislocation. Fractured 2nd, 3rd and 4th metatarsal bases.







Dorsolateral dislocation of all the MTC joints, in keeping with homolateral Lisfranc dislocation.
Associated intra-articular comminuted fractures of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th metatarsal bases.
Additional small fracture of the distal plantar corner of the medial cuneiform and comminuted fracture of the distal lateral cuboid.
Significant soft tissue swelling.




Normal post op alignment of the Lisfranc fracture dislocation following K-wire internal fixation.
Case Discussion
Homolateral Lisfranc dislocation is less common than the divergent form of injury.
