Presentation

35 years old with ongoing elbow pain. No history of trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

Large triceps tendon enthesophyte. No other abnormal findings.

AP view demonstrated no abnormality. 

Case Discussion

 

Enthesopathy is most commonly caused by strenuous usage of muscles and underlying chronic inflammatory process.
